My Perfect "In A Hurry" Base

If I have only 5 minutes to put on a base that I know I can work quickly with and will look perfect even though it's not a lot of coverage, I can always rely on these 4 products to get the job done.

I first start of with putting Maybelline Dream Wonder Fluid Touch Foundation in the shade Sun Beige on my face using a buffing brush. It doesn't have too much coverage and is really lightweight, so I don't feel like I'm wearing too much cake on my face. It blends out very quickly because of it's thin consistency. On areas that I need more coverage for my dark spots, I pat it on with the brush instead of buffing it. I find that this is the only way to get true coverage with this foundation, by building it up and patting it on. Even still, it feels just as lightweight. Next, I'll use my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in the shade Medium under my eyes and blend it out just to brighten the under eye area. I'll follow this with a quick pat of the NYX HD Powder in Banana to set and again brighten the under eye area so that I look more awake and less dead. Finally, for all over the face, I'll apply my trusty Neutrogena Shine Control Powder that I am so faithful to. This is my fourth one of these, making it my most repurchased product ever. I have oily/combination skin and no powder can keep me from getting oily for a whole day, but this one definitely keeps me from getting oily the longest without having to touch-up.

These are the four easy steps I do to my base when I'm in a hurry and want to look less like a zombie. I've been wanting to try the Neutrogena Shine Control Primer, because if the powder works this well for me, the primer must work well too. Has anyone tried it?
