TURBOSAN

You ever wake up one day with the specific motivation to do a smokey eye? Today was one of those days. I recently got my order from the Dose of Color Desi x Katy collection. I nabbed the gloss "Over The Top," the lipstick "More Creamer Please," and the eyeshadow palette "The Girls." When I swatched them, I was immediately attracted to the shade Turbosan and decided that was the shade I wanted to use on my lid for this look. The shade is hard to describe; it's like a purpley brown. (tutorial below)

Eyes: After priming my lid with Tarte Shape Tape and setting it with translucent powder, I took the shade "Love Letter" from the ABH Modern Renaissance palette and ran it through and above the crease. Next I opened up my Morphe x Jaclyn Hill palette and applied the black shade "Abyss" in my crease and on the lid. I took the blue shade "Twerk" with my finger (which is the best way to apply this shade, to be honest) and applied it on the lid, on top of that black shade. With my finger, I then took the "Turbosan" shade from "The Girls" palette and applied it on the lid to add that interesting sparkle. I ran the shades "Abyss" and "Love Letter" on my lower lash line. After applying Maybelline's Big Shot mascara and drawing a wing with the e.l.f. Intense Ink Eyeliner (new favorite), I applied some Eylure false lashes in the style number #126.

Face: L'Oreal Pro-Glo Foundation, Tarte Shape Tape Concealer, Maybelline Fit me! Loose Finishing Powder, NYX Blush in Pinky, Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Pop highlight, NYX Matte Bronzer in Deep Tan, Maybelline Masterfix Setting Spray

Lips: NYX Toast Lip Liner, NYX Lip Lingerie in French Maid

Brows: I used the black shadow in the Maybelline "The Nudes" palette to fill them in.
